On September 17th, 2016 we opened butter+velvet DESIGN+HOME, moving to our Broadway location Fall of 2019 and opening our upstairs design studio March 2022.   

As you know, in March we launched our new look in the boutique and design studio.  The response has been wonderful.  As this time has passed we have assessed the evolving needs of our valued customers and clients, coming to the decision to combine the studio and boutique to streamline our focus to design.   

Our beautiful Broadway location will remain, housing our expanded Kitchen, Bath and Home design studio in order to become your preferred partners for all your design needs. We will refocus our efforts away from table top, yet keeping our curated home décor, candles, diffusers and jewelry.   

Quoting another beautiful home boutique and design business, “people and relationships are our greatest gift, responsibility and opportunity.”  We have built our design and boutique business with this in mind and have been blessed with the most wonderful customers and clients.  We have enjoyed building relationships with you, providing design and home décor to create environments that are inviting, warm and personal.  

This mission has always remained clear and focused.  

Come August we will shift the studio to our Broadway location and once again welcome all to our beautiful design studio.   

We have had such an amazing journey and look forward to an exciting future serving all of you in beautiful downtown Denville.  We truly thank you for enjoying all we have to offer.
